b. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

d. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

a. Ensure readiness for transportation at the scheduled pick-up time.

6. Company Responsibilities

a. Provide safe and reliable transportation services.

b. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard client information.

c. Ensure our staff is trained, professional, and compassionate.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Services canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

b. Refunds will be processed only for cancellations made in compliance with our policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the highest standard of care and reliability, EKG Home Health Agency & Transportation Enterprise LLC shall not be held liable for:

a. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

b. Personal items lost or damaged during transportation.

c. Medical complications arising outside the scope of services provided.
